Mark

Head Routesetter & Coaching Manager

Mark keeps Climb Nittany climbing strong, safe, and connected. He leads our routesetting, coaching, and competitive team programs while supporting the team and culture that make our gym feel like home. For Mark, it’s all about creating a space where every climber, from first-timers to seasoned pros, can learn, grow, and feel supported.

Jake

Programs & Community Manager

Jake is all about bringing people together and making Climb Nittany a vibrant hub for everyone. He leads our events, outreach, partnerships, and communications, constantly finding fun ways to connect with our members and give back to the local community. Whether he’s planning our next big gathering or building local partnerships, Jake works to make sure our gym feels like a welcoming home for all.

Nick

Nick makes sure every visit to Climb Nittany starts with a warm welcome and a seamless experience. He oversees our front desk, retail shop, and member services, keeping our operations safe, friendly, and smooth. From making sure our tech works effortlessly to supporting our team on the floor, Nick is dedicated to creating a safe, positive space where everyone feels right at home.

Aurora

Aurora brings energy, creativity, and care to our youngest climbing community. As our Youth Program Coordinator, she designs and leads engaging, inclusive programs tailored specifically for climbers ages 14 and under. Aurora is passionate about building safe, positive spaces where young climbers can build confidence, learn new skills, and discover a lifelong love for climbing and community.
